Our High School Interact Club has been hard at work creating the Bloomfield Cares Space, a "care closet" that will serve as a place where those in need can obtain necessities such as basic toiletries, school supplies, and clothing. Club members, along with Principal Shannon's initial inspiration, have cleaned out and organized the closet space across from the High School Main Office.
The Interact Club is currently seeking donations of the following items from the community (All items should be new, unexpired, and unopened):
- Lint rollers
- Deodorant
- Chapstick
- Feminine products
- Hair ties
- Socks
- Underwear (all sizes)
- Snacks (Fruit snacks, granola bars, popcorn, etc.)
- Lotion
- Toothbrush / toothpaste
- Breath mints
- Tissues
- Pencils
- Pens
- Folders
- Paper
Donation boxes are located in the Middle and High School Main Offices.
A soft opening is planned for the end of this school year, with the goal of having the grand opening at the start of the 2024-25 school year.
