Our girls basketball team defeated Byron-Bergen with a 79-32 victory in the Class C1 sectional semifinals at Honeoye Falls-Lima yesterday!
Lily Baughman led all scorers with 27 points, including five 3-pointers. Calla McCombs added 21 points and 24 rebounds, while Ashlyn Wright contributed 15 points and 8 rebounds. Annie Dodge tallied 8 points and 5 assists.
The Bombers will look to repeat as sectional champions in the Class C1 Championship game against Caledonia-Mumford at 3 p.m. on Saturday at Finger Lakes Community College.
