Bloomfield has partnered with Cartwheel Mental Health Services.   Cartwheel now offers a way for families to raise their hand for mental health support—helping to get students the care they need. 

Parents/guardians should submit the Family Interest Form.

The counseling team at Bloomfield will review the submission and if appropriate a referral will be made to Cartwheel.  Cartwheel will then directly connect with the family to provide care.
