Attendance/Dismissal

If your child(ren) will be absent due to sickness please fill out this form. You can also call the Attendance office at 585-657-6121 ext. 2218 and leave a voicemail.

If you child(ren) will be arriving late, will be picked up early or any dismissal changes please use this email ESattendance@bloomfieldcsd.org

Morning arrival is from 8:40 AM-9:00 AM, if you are dropping off before 8:40 you need to come in and wait with your child(ren) untill 8:40 AM.

If you arrive at 9:00 AM or later you need to walk your child(ren) into the main office and sign them in.

This is not a PTSA fundraiser—items are priced at cost to keep them as affordable as possible. Purchased items will be delivered to school when ready.

We wish you a joyful winter break filled with warmth, laughter, and special moments with your family. May the holiday vacation be a time to rest, recharge, and share lasting memories. We look forward to welcoming students back on January 5th, refreshed and ready for new learning adventures. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Backpack Bags

Dear Bloomfield Families,

We’re excited to share that, with support from the Bloomfield Rotary Club, the Backpack Program is back!

The program provides nutritious food students typically enjoy for weekends and holidays. Bags will be placed directly in students’ backpacks on Fridays, making it easy for families to access extra food as needed.

Participation is open to any family who could benefit and is completely confidential.

If you have already completed a paper form you do not need to complete the online form, you are already registered.

Bloomfield Youth Baseball & Softball

Bloomfield youth baseball and softball. Registration for the 2026 season is now open through February 28th. T-ball UPK-K (must be 4 years old on or before Dec 1, 2025) Rookies baseball 1st-2nd. Minors baseball 3rd-4th. Majors baseball 5th-6th. 8U softball 1st-2nd. 10U softball 3rd-4th. 12U softball 5th-6th. For the 2025-2026 school use. Use the link below to regiseter your player. Opening day is April 25th, 2026. Practices will begin prior to openign day. The season runs through mid to late June. We can't wait for the season to begin!

Girls and Boys in Grades 1st or 2nd.
It's Game Time! Learn to play league with Jack Leasure. Girls and Boys Grades 1st and 2nd. $149 registration fee. Fridays 1/2-2/13 1 hour game between 5-8 PM. $20 discount for Bloomfield players use code JLBLTP20. Canandaigua Elementary School or Jack Leasure Basketball Barn.
